Laura's childhood was spent in Gibson City, central IL, with a short move to Fisher, only 10 miles away, in Junior High. She eventually married and settled there, where she resides today. Raised with great morals and on the principle of always giving 100%, she strived to succeed by beginning with an AA.S. in accounting from Parkland College. She re-entered the work force, after being a stay-at-home mother, by managing human resources for ten years at Praxsym, lnc, a pace-setter company in the Rf industry. Looking to advance, Laura saw the fast-paced career in realty as a goal to achieve, and accepted the challenge. A dedicated REALTOR, Laura has risen as a confident seller at The Real Estate Group, and quickly achieved her ABR, GRI, SRES, SRS and EPro designations. Laura also sat on the board of directors of the Champaign County Association of Realtors and Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. Her biggest asset by far though, is her heart and personal touch. She has a drive and knack for doing the research, and finding the perfect home for every buyer, and the right buyer for every seller. She understands the needs of each client, and is always willing to go the extra mile to give them professional service.
